Grafana 1.9.0-rc1 Released!

Grafana version 1.9.0-rc1 has been released, featuring a variety of enhancements and new functionalities, including the introduction of the Singlestat panel, which offers flexibility with options such as sparklines, color thresholds, and font size control. The update also includes a share panel feature for generating URL links with embedded time ranges and template variables, and a new "fill below to" series style for visualizing data like max/min values. Other enhancements include shared tooltips, improved legend table modes, and multi-graph crosshair lines. Additionally, new panel links allow users to connect to other dashboards or web apps, maintaining the current time range. Alongside the release, a metrics meetup is scheduled in San Francisco, where Torkel Ödegaard will discuss Grafana's updates and future plans, and Rackspace will present their open-source time series system, Blueflood.
