#WeArePlay | Meet Ania from Canada. More stories from USA, Australia and Montenegro
Blog post from Google Cloud
Ania, a founder from Victoria, Canada, developed an app called Rootd to make mental health support more accessible, inspired by her own experiences with panic attacks and the lack of mobile resources. Rootd offers immediate relief through lessons on understanding panic attacks, breathing exercises, and strategies for reducing anxiety both short-term and long-term. Ania is working to expand its global reach, aiming for it to become a widely used tool worldwide. Additionally, other female founders are making significant contributions in the app and game development space, such as Bria from the USA with Honey B Games, Lauren and Christina from Australia with their wellbeing app Kinder World: Cozy Plants, and Jelena from Montenegro, CEO of the games studio 3Hills. These stories are part of the #WeArePlay initiative celebrating women developers on Google Play.
