Introducing the winners of the Actions on Google Developer Challenge
Blog post from Google Cloud
The Actions on Google Developer Challenge, announced at I/O 2017, aimed to inspire developers to create engaging and functional apps for the Google Assistant, and has now revealed its winners from thousands of entries. The first-place app, "100 Years Ago," offers an interactive experience allowing users to explore news and music from a century ago, while the second-place "Credit Card Helper" assists users in finding optimal credit card offers by analyzing features and reviews. The third-place app, "My Adventure Book," provides a customizable storytelling experience. Besides the top three, additional winners were recognized in various categories like "best app by students" and "best parenting app." Although a correction was made on January 4, 2018, regarding the eligibility of some winners, the announcement celebrates the creativity shown and encourages ongoing engagement with the Google Assistant developer community.
