Enable fast pass development with Google Wallet demo mode

Google Wallet's demo mode, introduced by the Google Pay Developers team, allows developers to easily create and test Google Wallet passes for new and engaging customer experiences. When signing up for the Google Wallet API through the Google Pay & Wallet Console, developers' accounts are initially set to demo mode, which includes all features and functionalities of publishing mode but restricts pass issuance to designated test users. Demo mode is indicated in the console with specific alerts and allows developers to manage test users, create new pass classes and objects, and complete business profiles. Transitioning to publishing mode requires the creation of at least one pass class and a business profile, after which developers can request publishing access. Once approved, passes can be issued to real users, and the transition process involves adhering to brand guidelines and acceptable use policies.
