GitLab Duo Agent Platform extends AI assistance beyond an editor by using shared project context from repositories, merge requests, issues, and pipelines. Available on GitLab Free through a monthly pool of GitLab Credits, its Code Review Flow can review merge requests automatically or when assigned as a reviewer, while Fix CI/CD Pipeline Flow examines failed pipeline logs and related changes to suggest fixes or open a corrective merge request. Agentic Chat can answer project-wide questions by searching issues, merge requests, and pipeline information, and can also trigger these automated flows. To use the features, a group owner purchases credits, enables flow execution and foundational flows in group settings, and can control costs through usage caps and credit-pool management.
