Automating with GitLab Duo, Part 1: Generating tests

The process involved using the GitLab Duo Chat extension in VS Code to generate tests for selected code, which, although initially not perfect, provided a strong foundation that was iteratively enhanced with human oversight. The use of GitLab Duo not only streamlined the development process but also demonstrated the potential of AI in handling complex testing scenarios, with future installments promising further insights into leveraging AI for automation.
