Say Goodbye to Repo-Roulette: Discover GitKraken Client 9.0 and Streamline Your Dev Workflow
Blog post from GitKraken
GitKraken Client 9.0 introduces Local Workspaces, allowing developers to organize and monitor any repositories on their machine regardless of remote hosting service, view branch and work-in-progress status, inspect repository details, and perform actions such as fetching or opening multiple repositories. Local Workspaces can be converted into shareable Cloud Workspaces, which add pull request and issue data and support the preview release of GitKraken Insights. Insights tracks pull request metrics including average cycle time, throughput, merge rate, and counts of open and merged requests to help teams identify opportunities to shorten development cycles. The release also refreshes the interface with reduced visual clutter, improved legibility, customizable workspace columns, updated application icons, and commit graph features such as ghost branches and branch-based commit highlighting, both of which help users locate relevant branches and commits more easily.
