Skinny Header

GitHub is introducing a new, slimmer header for all users to enhance the user experience by reducing vertical space, thereby minimizing chrome and emphasizing users and their code. This change aims to move content slightly up the page for improved accessibility and has already been favorably received internally. The updated header will be included in the upcoming regular release for GitHub Enterprise customers.
