The "Automated kanban" template has been improved to automatically place new pull requests in the "In progress" column while new issues remain in the "To do" column. Users with write access can manually adjust automation settings for existing projects by selecting "Manage Automation" on the desired columns, or they can apply these changes to new projects by utilizing the updated templates.
