Import repositories with large files

GitHub's Importer now allows users to import repositories from Subversion, Mercurial, and TFS that contain files larger than 100 MB, utilizing Git LFS to manage these large files. Users have the option to either use LFS to store large files or opt-out, which results in the removal of those files from the repository during the import process.
