GitHub Services Get an Upgrade

GitHub Services underwent a significant update that resulted in clearer, more consistent, and better-tested code, thanks to contributions from Faraday. The update also introduced support for Redmine, marking the 51st service integration. Developers interested in improving existing hooks or adding new services are encouraged to consult the Services README, along with existing hooks and tests, for guidance.
