Additionally, the event's proceeds will bolster the feeding program that provides daily nutritious meals to students, including during weekends and holidays, and will aid in emergency meal services for the community. The OctoGala funding will also facilitate the launch of a greenhouse farming project aimed at generating sustainable revenues while providing food for the children's home and feeding program, addressing start-up cost barriers for community initiatives with revenue potential.
