Dashboard UI refresh

GitHub has revamped its dashboards to offer personalized repository suggestions through a new third column, updated styling, and a full-width layout. This shift to a full-width design allows for enhanced visibility of projects, facilitating easier discovery for users. The "Discover repositories" page has been relocated under the Explore section, and repository suggestions are now accessible both on the Explore page and in the sidebar of the updated dashboard.
