The hackathon, held from April 26th to May 26th, gathered over 100 developers to create innovative projects using EdgeDB, Vercel, and EdgeDB Cloud, culminating in 30 submitted projects that demonstrated impressive creativity and technical skill. The event awarded first prize to the Agroecology Wiki, a comprehensive platform consolidating agroecology knowledge, which exemplifies EdgeDB's capabilities in managing complex data relationships. Second prize went to Lookfeel, a design inspiration tool for UI projects, while third prize was awarded to Webble, a tool for creating engaging conversational forms. Special category awards recognized AI Debater for its innovative use of AI models and monsieurpigeon for community support on Discord. The hackathon was successful in fostering learning, creativity, and community among developers, and participants are encouraged to stay engaged through future events and the project's gallery.
