FusionAuth has launched version 1.15.0, introducing the FusionAuth Reactor™—a suite of new features that enhance the platform's core functionality, starting with Breached Password Detection. This feature checks passwords against a vast database of compromised credentials and can be activated during account creation, password changes, or logins, allowing for actions like forcing password changes, notifying users, or marking accounts for further action. The Reactor updates automatically as new breach data becomes available. FusionAuth has also rebranded its support packages as FusionAuth plans, which include Reactor's premium features and varying levels of support, while still offering a free Community plan. Users are encouraged to suggest new features on GitHub, and support is accessible through various channels, including Open Office Hours. FusionAuth aims to provide a flexible, secure, and cost-effective Customer Identity and Access Management solution with features such as registration, login, SSO, MFA, and native HYPR integration for passwordless and biometric logins.
