Guided product tours are a popular method for teaching users about workflows and are a significant component within Frigade, yet they can sometimes be too intrusive. To address this, Frigade has introduced a new UI component called Hints, which serve as a subtler, non-sequential alternative to Tours. Hints allow users to discover and interact with features at their own pace without interrupting ongoing tasks, making them effective for educating users about UI changes, lesser-known features, or new functionalities. Users can access Hints in the components section of the web app, with further information available in the documentation and demo application, and they are included in version 2.5.8 and later of the Frigade SDK.
