Frigade has launched a new feature called Collections, designed to enable teams to deploy highly targeted React-based Flows such as announcements, banners, and product tours within web apps without requiring engineering involvement. Collections allow the installation of reusable UI channels that can be embedded directly into the product, enabling non-technical team members to independently launch new UI components. The system offers built-in "air traffic control" functionalities to personalize user interactions by targeting specific user groups and managing message frequency with controls like cool-offs and priorities to enhance user experience and prevent message overload. This new feature aims to improve onboarding and growth loops by allowing faster deployment of in-app Flows.
