Frigade has introduced a new feature called Collections, designed to allow teams to deploy focused React-based Flows such as announcements, banners, and product tours within web apps without needing engineering involvement. Collections can be embedded directly into a product's UI, creating reusable in-app channels that can be fully customized to match existing product designs. This feature empowers non-technical team members to independently launch new UI components, with future plans to support custom components as well. To enhance user experience, Frigade offers air traffic control-like functionalities, enabling precise targeting and control configurations to prevent users from being overwhelmed by in-app messages.
