The First Firebase Drink Up!

Firebase held its first Drink Up event on Monday at WeWork Labs in San Francisco’s SOMA neighborhood to reconnect in person with users and the local startup community following its April beta launch. About 200 Firebase users, friends, and startup participants attended the gathering, which also introduced new team members Rob and Greg and featured Firebase T-shirts, drinks, and social activities. Attendees watched a Firebase-powered Tetris game projected alongside the Graphical Debugger, demonstrating real-time data updates. Firebase thanked its users, friends, the San Francisco startup community, and WeWork Labs staff for their support, while indicating that similar events may follow.
