Announcing Connection Health Monitoring Improvements

Finch has announced upgrades to its connection health monitoring tools, which provide enhanced insights into the status of integrations between employers' HRIS or payroll systems and Finch Connect. These improvements include a detailed Connection Status field that now shows specific issues like reauthentication needed, no account setup, insufficient permissions, or multiple errors directly on the dashboard, making it easier to identify problems affecting data flow. Additionally, new filters allow users to sort connections by their status and last sync time, and a new column, Last Synced, offers visibility on the frequency of data synchronization. For assisted integrations available to Scale plan customers, Finch has added a timeline on the connection detail page to track progress through milestones like Token Created, Account Invitation Accepted, and Permission Verified. These enhancements aim to simplify the monitoring and troubleshooting of both automated and assisted integrations, facilitating smoother data exchange between employers' systems and applications using Finch's API.
