Missing Transaction Requests Go Self-Service: Replace Support Tickets with Programmatic Tools

Fidel API is introducing a new Missing Transaction Requests (MTR) suite aimed at streamlining the process of retrieving missing transaction data by transitioning from manual support tickets to a self-service programmatic experience. The new system enables users to retrieve transaction data directly via an API or the Fidel Dashboard, eliminating bottlenecks associated with email-based ticket creation. This shift allows for faster resolutions, enhanced data accuracy, and a reduced workload for operations teams by automating look-ups directly with card networks. The MTR suite offers two management options tailored to different workflows: a no-code dashboard experience for operations teams and full API automation for technical teams. The transition also includes a migration deadline, with the legacy manual process being retired on March 24, 2026, prompting users to adapt to the new system. Fidel API provides support through Customer Success Managers and general help to facilitate this migration.
