The department addressed this issue by adopting Felt, a tool that facilitates the creation of interactive web maps and dashboards. By utilizing Felt's route drawing tool and embedding these maps on their public website, the department significantly improved the speed and efficiency of sharing time-sensitive information, as noted by Public Information Officer Lael Wageneck.
