Better together â our ongoing commitment to QGIS
Blog post from Felt
Felt has renewed its sponsorship of QGIS as a Flagship Sustaining Member, emphasizing its commitment to supporting valuable mapping tools for its user community. This partnership combines QGIS's robust desktop GIS capabilities with Felt's web-based collaboration tools, enhancing the mapping experience for users across various fields like urban planning and environmental research. The collaboration facilitates efficient workflows by enabling users to perform spatial analysis in QGIS and share results through Felt's platform. Additionally, a new version of the "Add To Felt" QGIS plugin has been released, developed by North Road, which includes enhancements such as support for local raster layers, public XYZ layers, and improved retention of QGIS styles when shared on Felt. This update ensures maps maintain their intended appearance, broadening the range of shareable data and preserving stylistic integrity, thereby making collaboration more seamless.
