Run Claude and GPT on exe.dev Without API Keys
Blog post from exe.dev
exe.dev integrations can store service secrets in its control plane so virtual machines and their agents can access services without directly handling those credentials. When both exe.dev and a connected provider support Workload Identity Federation, users can eliminate secrets entirely by using federated identities instead of API keys. Anthropic and OpenAI now support this approach for exe.dev’s LLM gateway, reducing credential management risks, and agents can assist with configuring WIF.
