Available 24/7 in over 30 languages, Jon uses a combination of behavior prompts, capabilities, and data management to operate with the efficiency of a human SDR. Since its deployment, the AI SDR has managed to qualify 78% of leads without human intervention, significantly reducing response times and allowing the sales team to focus on high-priority opportunities. Although some false positives occur, this is preferred over missing potential enterprise opportunities. With an average customer satisfaction score of 8.7, the AI SDR has been positively received, and plans are underway to enhance its capabilities further, including handling more complex conversations and expanding into outbound sales.
