Ethan Tandowsky joins ElevenLabs as Chief Financial Officer

ElevenLabs has appointed former Adyen CFO Ethan Tandowsky as its chief financial officer to strengthen its financial operations during a period of rapid global growth. Tandowsky joined Adyen in 2016, helped guide its 2018 public listing, became CFO in 2023, and supported expansion from 400 to 5,000 employees alongside a 20-fold revenue increase. ElevenLabs, now an 800-person company serving millions of developers, creators, and businesses, offers voice and audio AI models in more than 90 languages and has deployed 10 million conversational agents. The company reports that large organizations generate 55% of its revenue, with customers including Nvidia, Stripe, Klarna, Deutsche Telekom, and several governments, while it also develops creator-focused revenue models such as a marketplace for voice intellectual property. Tandowsky will oversee the scaling of financial infrastructure and investment decisions related to research, products, and international expansion.
