ElevenLabs reaches $22bn valuation after employee tender
Blog post from ElevenLabs
ElevenLabs announced a $300 million employee tender offer valuing the company at $22 billion, twice its February Series D valuation, with Wellington and T. Rowe Price leading the investment alongside several new and existing backers. Founded in 2022 around text-to-speech technology, the company has since expanded into an AI interaction platform, launching Eleven v4 and v4 Turbo voice models and supporting conversational agents through its ElevenAgents product. Enterprise customers now account for 55% of revenue, and the company says its technology is used by major technology, insurance, and telecommunications firms as well as governments. ElevenLabs reports that its agents handle more than 15 million weekly conversations across customer support, sales, healthcare, financial services, telecom, retail, and public services, while its agent business and annual recurring revenue have each more than tripled since February 2026. The company attributes its growth to an integrated approach spanning voice, listening, translation, product development, and customized deployment, and says it employs more than 800 people.
