After switching to ElevenLabs' Speech to Text model, Cora AI achieved a 40 percentage point increase in accuracy, faster transcription times, and reliable speaker diarization. ElevenLabs' solution processes audio securely in RAM, complies with GDPR and HIPAA, and includes an anonymization module to protect patient privacy. The integration has resulted in a 70% reduction in documentation time, allowing doctors to preview notes in real time and enhancing the tool's adoption in clinical settings, ultimately reducing administrative burden while improving patient care.
