Elasticsearch Service is now available on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) London and North Virginia

Elasticsearch Service has expanded its availability on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) by adding two new regions: London (europe-west2) and North Virginia (us-east4), increasing its global GCP presence to eight regions. This expansion allows existing users to immediately utilize the new regions and offers new users a 14-day free trial. The service provides advanced features such as native security, machine learning, and solutions for search, analytics, and logging. Elastic collaborates with Google to enhance the integration of the Elasticsearch Service with GCP, allowing customers to procure subscriptions through the GCP Marketplace, with usage charges incorporated into their GCP bills. Elastic plans to introduce more GCP regions and enhance native integration with the GCP Console, facilitating easier deployment for both existing and new users.
