This collaboration aimed to monitor and gain control over De Watergroep's ICT landscape, crucial for synchronizing service orders for field engineers. Devoteam, an Elastic partner, provided a centralized monitoring solution utilizing Kibana dashboards and Elasticsearch Watchers, allowing for real-time insights and automated actions to preemptively address potential issues. The monitoring system ensures that field engineers receive timely service orders, improving customer satisfaction. Additionally, the data collected is used to generate reports that help De Watergroep refine business processes and establish key performance indicators (KPIs). The partnership with Elastic allows Devoteam to scale its business and offer comprehensive solutions in observability, analytics, and security, collecting and utilizing data from various sources within organizations.
