Dynatrace has collaborated with Microsoft to provide comprehensive monitoring support for Azure Linux as a container host operating system for Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS). Azure Linux, initially designed by Microsoft for internal use, is now a lightweight and secure OS available for general use in AKS, supporting x64 and Arm64 architectures. This collaboration enhances the observability of AKS clusters, helping organizations manage resource utilization, ensure node and workload health, optimize performance, and maintain security. Dynatrace's AI-driven monitoring solution offers unique insights without requiring modifications to code or deployments, allowing application teams to assess resource utilization, identify performance bottlenecks, and address security vulnerabilities effectively. The AI engine, DavisĀ®, automatically prioritizes anomalies and identifies the root causes of issues, providing real-time insights that save time and resources. This monitoring capability extends beyond AKS to other Azure services, enabling organizations to achieve optimal performance and security in their digital ecosystems.
