AI-driven observability for PTC Windchill/ThingWorx

With the end of support for PTC System Monitor (PSM) as of March 31, 2021, PTC has recommended Dynatrace as the preferred solution for monitoring Windchill Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and ThingWorx environments.
