Didit’s Spain Phone Verification service validates submitted identity details, including name and address, against mobile-network-operator billing and phone data to assess whether a phone number belongs to the claimed individual. Designed for onboarding in sectors such as fintech, crypto, lending, marketplaces, iGaming, and neobanking, it provides normalized match results and field-level validation data that can support automated approval, review, or rejection decisions and create an auditable record of source-based verification. The service is available through a single POST request to Didit’s database-validation API using the ESP country code and esp_phone service identifier, or through a no-code Business Console workflow. Results generally arrive within seconds, conclusive queries cost $0.24, and unsuccessful checks caused by downtime, missing fields, or pre-source rejections are not billed; accounts also receive 500 free monthly verifications for testing.
