Summary

Didit has launched Business Verification, a know-your-business product that provides company and ownership checks across more than 220 countries through publicly priced registry tiers: Lite for core company data, Shareholders for direct ownership information, and UBOs for beneficial-owner resolution through corporate chains. Pricing varies by country and is based on the level of data actually delivered rather than merely requested, so customers requesting UBO information where no ownership data is available are charged for the lower tier returned. The service consolidates owners, shareholders, directors, secretaries, representatives, and signatories into a Key People model, supports role-based identity checks, and includes company and individual AML screening, document collection and analysis, and identity-linking for previously verified people. Available through hosted KYB workflows, the Business Console, and standalone API endpoints, it is intended for use cases such as marketplace seller onboarding, fintech compliance, lending, and regulated gaming or crypto operations, while planned continuous registry monitoring has not yet been activated.
