Detectify has introduced a new attack surface overview feature that highlights changes and potential risky exposures, alongside several enhancements and new vulnerability tests, as part of its February updates. The improved Azure domain connector simplifies onboarding for users by allowing them to connect their DNS data seamlessly, while continuous monitoring identifies changes that could lead to vulnerabilities. The platform now integrates with PagerDuty, enabling the triggering of incidents for newly discovered vulnerabilities. A resolved issue with the Surface Monitoring port scanner means users may notice previously unscanned ports now appearing, and new tests have been added to detect specific threats such as Adobe ColdFusion Directory Listing and CVE-2024-27199: TeamCity Authentication Bypass. These updates aim to enhance the detection and management of security risks, while facilitating post-incident investigations and supporting organizations using multiple cloud providers.
