GLM-5.3-Flash API Is Now on DeepInfra
Blog post from Deepinfra
DeepInfra has added Z.ai’s GLM-5.3-Flash to its model catalog, presenting it as a 320-billion-parameter mixture-of-experts model that activates 18 billion parameters per inference pass and supports native text, image, and video inputs with a 1,048,576-token context window. Its hybrid sparse-and-linear attention architecture, along with mHC and IndexPool mechanisms, is designed to reduce long-context compute, latency, and memory use; DeepInfra cites Z.ai’s figures of three times less attention computation and a 4.4-times smaller KV cache than the full GLM-5.3. Z.ai-reported benchmark results indicate strong performance in software engineering, automation, tool-use, and multimodal tasks, though the announcement notes that results are self-reported and benchmark methodologies vary. The model is available through DeepInfra’s OpenAI-compatible API with JSON mode, function calling, configurable reasoning effort, usage-based pricing, a temporary 50% discount, and optional private endpoints, while DeepInfra states that it maintains zero data retention and holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certifications.
