Deepgram Expands Internationally, Launches Managed Single-Tenant Deployment Option, and Wins Top Voice AI Award

Deepgram has expanded its voice AI infrastructure with the general availability of Deepgram Dedicated, a fully managed single-tenant runtime, and early access to an EU-hosted speech-to-text API endpoint for in-region European processing. Dedicated is designed for enterprises needing regional deployment, workload isolation, predictable performance, and compliance controls without the operational burden of self-hosting, and it supports speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and speech-to-speech workloads on AWS. The EU endpoint, hosted in AWS EU regions, aims to reduce latency and support GDPR-related data residency requirements while allowing existing users to migrate by changing their API base URL. These offerings complement Deepgram’s multi-tenant APIs and self-hosted options, reflecting increasing demand for geographically flexible, low-latency, and compliance-oriented voice AI deployments. Deepgram also notes its support for more than 36 languages, plans for additional regional and cloud deployment options, and Nova-3’s recognition with a 2025 Voice AI Technology Excellence Award.
