Deepgram Acquires Poised, Elevating Real-Time Voice AI Communication

Deepgram announced its acquisition of Poised, the company behind Poised AI Coach, a voice AI communication tool that provides real-time feedback during virtual meetings on platforms including Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Teams, and Google Meet. The deal includes Poised’s proprietary technology, integrations, and key engineering personnel, expanding Deepgram’s portfolio of speech-to-text, text-to-speech, and audio intelligence products. Deepgram says the acquisition supports its goal of integrating voice AI more deeply into everyday work, with potential applications in personal communication coaching, productivity, customer experience, and conversational AI. Existing Poised customers will retain uninterrupted access to the service and are expected to receive enhanced features over time.
