Jeremy Edberg has been appointed as the CEO of DBOS, bringing extensive experience in cloud product, engineering, and growth leadership from his previous roles at Lambda, Amazon, Netflix, Reddit, and eBay. Based in the Bay Area, Edberg is celebrated for his engineering achievements, including moving Reddit's data center without downtime and pioneering Chaos Engineering tools. He is particularly enthusiastic about serverless computing, having been the first to use AWS Lambda outside of Amazon, and aims to make it a cornerstone of DBOS by addressing its traditional complexities. As CEO, his priorities include continuing product growth, engaging with partners and customers, and advocating for serverless technology. He invites the DBOS community to connect with him via Discord.
