He has a background in technology transfer and academia, with a PhD in computer science on Digital Transformation currently underway. Niko has experience in various fields, including nutraceuticals and education, but his love for playing with technology and data remains constant. Despite not being a developer himself, he has been coding since university and teaches data science at the university. As Head of Growth, Niko pours his obsessive drive into accelerating velocity, using new tools and diving into data to optimize every lever he can touch.
