We're looking for experienced community builders and rising tech leaders to join us as Daytona Pacers - the driving force behind our global developer meetups and knowledge-sharing initiatives. As a Daytona Pacer, you'll organize and lead technical meetups in your region, connecting developers with cutting-edge tools, fostering meaningful discussions, and building sustainable local tech communities. This role combines technical expertise with community leadership to create valuable experiences for developers worldwide. Our track record speaks for itself: we've hosted 34 successful developer meetups across Asia, Africa, and Europe, bringing together over 4,000 attendees. We're expanding globally and need passionate leaders like you to help us scale this impact. To become a Daytona Pacer, you'll need a mix of technical expertise, community skills, leadership qualities, and project management experience. As a Daytona Pacer, you'll be supported with event resources, including venue costs, refreshments, marketing, network access, and technical tools. This role offers the opportunity to lead regional tech events, connect with global communities, and build your personal brand.
