Announcing Support for AWS Lambda Functions running on AWS Graviton2 processors

Datadog is partnering with AWS to provide visibility into Lambda functions running on Graviton2 processors, which offer high-efficiency and low-cost computing. Datadog's Lambda extension automatically tags functions with metadata, including architecture, enabling comparison of performance across different platforms. This allows users to assess whether migrating to Graviton2 makes sense for their serverless workloads. With Datadog, users can monitor function performance alongside telemetry data from the rest of their stack, and gain insights into cold start times, memory usage, and estimated costs.
