Dash0 Beta Update: New Features and Improvements Two Weeks After Beta Release

Following the conclusion of the Dash0 Beta, numerous enhancements have been implemented to improve user experience and observability functionality. Key updates include an improved onboarding experience with a new demo application and automatic notification setup, making it easier for users to navigate and receive alerts. Resource summaries have been refined for clarity, and the main navigation has been redesigned to be more compact and user-friendly. Additionally, new features like enhanced keyboard navigation, an improved filter dialogue with auto-completion, and an animation for trace view capabilities have been introduced. The dashboard experience has been improved with bug fixes, better scrolling, and support for custom value formatting in the Table Widget. Metrics querying now includes native OpenTelemetry histograms, and alerting features have been expanded to include custom HTTP headers. For Kubernetes users, operator upgrades are now more seamless, and there is improved self-monitoring with additional resource attributes.
