Dash0, an Agentic Observability Platform, has acquired Lumigo, a leader in AWS-native observability, to enhance its support for modern, event-driven architectures by integrating Lumigo's expertise in AWS Lambda, managed cloud services, and AI-powered operations. This acquisition aims to unify observability through OpenTelemetry and accelerate troubleshooting using AI agents, while maintaining transparent pricing and control. Lumigo's proven technology and experienced team will be integrated into Dash0, expanding its global reach from Tel Aviv and enhancing its capabilities for nearly 600 customers worldwide. The collaboration seeks to streamline onboarding for complex cloud environments and improve root-cause analysis, automation, and operational efficiency. Both companies share a philosophy of simplifying AWS-native systems and aim to deliver a comprehensive observability solution across Kubernetes, serverless workloads, managed cloud services, and LLM-powered applications.
