We've launched our agentic capabilities to make AI workflows even more powerful by enabling knowledge workers to embed their expertise into the system. However, most enterprises haven't figured out how to make an agentic platform transformative for their business. To address this, we need to focus on providing deep explainability into agent decision-making processes and creating feedback loops to allow for effective transfer of expertise. Our solution involves integrating relevant data sources into an Agent's knowledge and enabling subject matter experts to design copilots with customized prompts, data sources, and training examples. By doing so, we can generate a positive feedback loop where each correction improves performance for all users, accelerating the knowledge transfer process from experts to the system. With our approach, enterprises can transform their AI agents into mission-critical systems that capture tribal knowledge and provide institutional expertise accessible to everyone who needs it.
