Courier Live: Sending Notifications via Microsoft Teams

We attempted to send a notification using Microsoft Teams in our Courier Live stream, but initially encountered issues due to the bot not being added to any channels. We restarted from scratch and created a new bot using App Studio, which led to success after adding the bot to a channel. The process involved installing the bot to a team and selecting a channel, and locating the `channel_id` to send messages to that channel. While we were able to overcome one hurdle, we are still working on sending proactive messages to users.
