Introducing Design Studio: a new way to craft customer messages
Blog post from Courier
Courier has introduced Design Studio, a new multi-channel notification designer currently available in public beta, which aims to streamline the process of crafting customer messages across various platforms such as email, SMS, push, inbox, Slack, and Microsoft Teams. This tool is designed to simplify message creation by allowing users to build notifications using a drag-and-drop editor, offering specific editors for each channel to tailor content without the need for separate tools. Email messages, being complex, receive special attention with features that provide full formatting control and the ability to switch to HTML mode for more intricate customization. Design Studio also includes functionalities for testing and tracking changes, such as previewing templates with real data, sending test messages, and maintaining a complete change history for templates with easy rollback options. Existing users of the Classic Designer can transition to Design Studio at their convenience, with the new tool designed to enhance user experience without disrupting current workflows.
