I recently had the pleasure of attending a virtual presentation and workshop on Couchbase technology delivered by the Couchbase team to over 100 School of Code Bootcampers. The session was carefully planned, impactful, engaging, and easy to follow, with the presenter slowing down to explain complex steps and encouraging peer support among participants. I was impressed by the passion and knowledge of the Couchbase team members, who provided nicely designed slides and responded to questions in real-time. The experience gave me a glimpse into my future as a developer and helped me gain exposure to real business technology, including Full-Text Search, which made text search development manageable. The School of Code program provides structure and support for bootcampers to become software developers, with valuable industry guest speakers and partnerships with businesses like Couchbase. I was grateful for the thorough overview of Couchbase's product and look forward to exploring its features further.
