Full visibility is crucial, especially at the packet level, to trace data flow and identify issues. Creating a comprehensive topology of the hybrid architecture is essential for effective monitoring, and implementing monitoring solutions during the design phase can prevent later complications. While native tools from major cloud providers are useful, they should be integrated into a centralized monitoring strategy to avoid siloed approaches and ensure full end-to-end visibility. Defining 'normal' operational parameters for the entire infrastructure is vital for anomaly detection and system efficiency.
