Migrating Data from On-Premises Data Platforms to Databricks Delta Lake in AWS

Confluent has released a new fully managed connector for Databricks Delta Lake, allowing for cost-effective and reliable continuous real-time syncs between Confluent Cloud and Databricks Delta Lake. This connector enables enterprises to pull data from on-premises databases into Confluent Cloud, preprocess and enrich the data in ksqlDB, and send it off to Databricks Delta Lake with a fully managed connector. The connector supports exactly-once semantics and eliminates the need for custom integrations, reducing operational burden. It is currently available as a preview in Confluent Cloud on AWS and can be used to create CDC pipelines between Oracle databases and Databricks Delta Lake.
